There are presently only 2 other Outer Banks real estate agents who have received this designation. I hold the coveted Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation. 

3. Is your Outer Banks real estate agent a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Million Dollar Guild? 

This is the ultimate achievement in the Luxury Home Marketing designation, as it requires agents to close a number of transactions in the $1 million dollar and above tier.  

A Million Dollar Guild Member is a success, no doubt about it. They say that there's never a crowd at the top in any profession, and that statement certainly bears true here. Presently, I am one of just three agents in the entire Outer Banks real estate market who has earned Million Dollar Guild recognition.  

4. Does your Outer Banks real estate referral agent actually walk the walk, or merely talk the talk? 

It's always easy to invest other people's money, and much harder for most agents to put at risk their own. Even in the boom years of 2001 through 2004, relatively few agents personally invested in the Outer Banks real estate market. Frankly, I would never consider doing business with an agent that does not have the confidence to buy their own product. 

In the Outer Banks real estate market, it is necessary to actually own a rental home in order to fully appreciate your referral client's needs.
