You've got 3 restaurants within walking distance, each offering very different types of cuisine! And being centrally located right in the heart of KDH, you're close to all the great retail shops too. 7. This third floor unit is in super shape. First, Sundune just recently sided, so the exterior looks great. The slider and the windows are all new, too. This condo has been used as a second home, and the sellers have made many improvements, including replacing carpet, furniture in the living room and dining room, and a new mattress in the master bedroom - all in 2003. In 2005, they replaced the stove. In 2006, the fridge. 8. 9 foot ceilings make this condo live large. It's very inviting, and the open floor plan adds to the feeling of spaciousness. This unit really won't last long...so hurry!
